What To Do With Boring Yogurt

Or "yoghurt," which is how this brand spells it. I got some Noosa lemon-flavored yoghurt. Although I LOVE all the other flavors of theirs I've had, the lemon was meh, to my mouth. Maybe the tangyness of the yoghurt covered the tartness of the lemon?

ANYWAY, not a fan. It was delicious with jam or jelly stirred in, but otherwise, blah. So I did this.
Slathered it on salmon, sprinkled that with dill weed and salt, and baked it until done.

Yeah, that worked!

I've done tyat, too, with salmon! The trick is to undercooked it (300 F for 15 min).
