Baked Spag #Vegetarian

We had a bit of kale left out of last week's bunch, so I tore the leafy bits up and boiled them for about 20 minutes in salted water, then put in some thin spaghetti, oregano, and a clove of garlic.

When that was all done, I drained it and put it into a buttered casserole dish (removing the garlic), topped it with grated cheese, and baked it until the cheese was toasty.


Pretty good!

I had to come over and see what "spag" is...now I know, and it sounds pretty good.
