Blueberries taste good and they are so good for you!

* They make great pies and tarts!

* One cup of blueberries repairs damage one to the brain.

* Blueberries can help prevent macular degeneration.

*Blueberries promote urinary tract  health.

* Blueberries are great fresh in salads and in cereal.
