No-bake lime pie

Love pie but don’t want to bake in the summer heat?
There are many different kinds of pies that don’t require baking. Usually these have a graham cracker crust. Fruity pies are light and sweet, easy to make with whatever fruit you have on hand.
My recipe today is no-bake lime pie. This is made with cream cheese and either sweetened condensed milk or yogurt. If you have a diabetic in your family, the yogurt is a better choice.
You’ll need a graham cracker crust for the bottom. You can either make or pie this.
Next mix eight ounces of cream cheese with fourteen ounces of sweetened condensed milk, or one cup of plain yogurt with sweetener to taste. Beat until smooth.
Add one cup of milk to the mixture and one half cup lime juice with one tablespoon grated lime zest. Mix again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the crust and chill for at least two hours.
This is really good served with whipped cream and lime slices!
