Olives are Food, Aren't They?

My guest tomorrow on my web site is Victor Banis, who will share his thoughts on the perfect Martini.

That made me think of Ogden Nash's poem A DRINK WITH SOMETHING IN IT. Here is the pertinent verse:

There is something about a Martini,
A tingle remarkably pleasant;
A yellow, a mellow Martini;
I wish I had one at present.
There is something about a Martini,
Ere the dining and dancing begin,
And to tell you the truth,
It is not the vermouth--
I think that perhaps it's the gin.

Ogden Nash

Now, I'm asking you, honestly, would that not be a perfect title for a murder mystery?
