Bacon Cheddar Quiche

I'm not generally a quiche person, but I tried mini bacon cheddar quiches at The Golden Corral last weekend and thought they were terrific. I asked for the recipe, but apparently, they aren't supposed to give them out. I did a search, though, and found this recipe for Bacon Cheddar Quiche which I plan on making for a family Easter gathering I'm hosting on Saturday.

Bacon Cheddar Quiche

8 strips lean bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cup light cream
1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Whisk together eggs, cream, thyme and pepper. Crumble bacon over the top with the shredded cheese. Bake in prepared pie crust at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until quiche filling is set and lightly browned.
